Tel Aviv Museum was established in 1932 in the home of Tel Aviv’s first mayor, Meir Dizengoff. Tel Aviv Museum is the Israel’s largest museum and depicts the history and culture of Israel.
This museum has a rich collection of modern and contemporary art and includes the paintings of both Israel and foreign artists, such as Van Hogh, Auguste Rodin, Archipenko, Matisse, Picasso, Marc Chagall, Camille Pissarro and many others.

Art education is the priority of the museum and many reference materials and archive of Israel’s art are present in the museum library.
